LI-ION Charger

A Li-Ion charger is a device used to safely charge lithium-ion batteries, which are commonly found in phones, power banks, drones, tools, and DIY electronics.

 Key Features:

• Constant Current / Constant Voltage (CC/CV) charging method
• Overcharge protection to avoid overheating or battery damage
• Auto cut-off when charging is complete

 Types:

1. Module Type (for DIY)
   • e.g., TP4056 module (for 3.7V cells)
   • Micro USB or Type-C input
   • Usually includes protection circuit
2. Smart Charger
   • For 18650 or battery packs
   • Shows voltage, charging status
3. Multi-Cell Chargers
   • For 2S/3S/4S battery packs (used in drones, RC cars)

 Safety Tips:

• Always use a charger designed for Li-Ion batteries
• Don’t overcharge or discharge below 2.5V
• Use batteries with protection circuit (PCM/BMS) if possible
